Meet the artist.

Hi, my name is Sue. I am a full-time visual artist and designer and was born and raised in the UK. I emigrated to Western Australia in 2006 with my husband Andy and my two children Tom and Emma.

In 2017, I refound my passion for drawing once again and started experimenting with different mediums. I am fascinated with nature, in particular, wildlife and love to draw and paint the details of feathers and fur.

When painting and drawing animals, I will often start with their eyes and will spend a long time perfecting them. I find that the eyes are the windows to the soul and it’s what gives the finished piece its personality.

Art has been my whole life, and I love that I am now able to realise my dream and become a full-time artist.

Life doesn’t get any better than this!

Art on Display

I currently have some of my work on display at the Village Art Gallery in Whiteman Park, Western Australia. You will often find me there on Saturdays, working on my next piece. I would love for you to pop in for a coffee and a chat.
