This video shows how I hand-lettered my quotes and painted them on to my previous watercolour paintings.

I first scanned the painting into my computer and opened it up in Adobe Illustrator. Playing around with different fonts and layouts, I then printed my final design and placed it over the painting. Using a tracing paper and a ballpoint pen, I traced the text onto the picture.

Using the same watercolour paints, I added the text to the painting. I will need a bit more practice to get it right. However, it is an excellent way to add text when you are still learning.
